Some trips are a spa day with a long lunch. This one is built so every guest leaves having done something for herself, and the group still has the trip to remember.
Dr. Ricardo Felix, my Medical Director, reviews each guest's history before any treatment is confirmed, so every plan is personal.

Itinerary
A sample two night stay
Your full itinerary is built after you book, around your needs. This is a sample of the default shape, with your treatments scheduled in between. Dr. Felix sets the spacing between treatments, so yours may shift. Longer stays add days of treatments, recovery, and free time.

How your price is set
I quote each getaway around your group, so the price reflects the season and the accommodation you need.
Base price
Your accommodation for 3 nights (or more), at the average rate for the season and matched to your group. It includes all meals and airport transportation. Stays start at $2,200 USD per guest, and extra nights are added to your quote. Group discounts are discussed and negotiated, so please contact me for a group quote.
Aesthetic menu
I send the full menu with your quote. Treatments, IV drips, and injectables are priced one by one.
Peptides and bloodwork
Peptide protocols are available on request from Dr. Felix, who has worked with peptides for 9 years. Bloodwork for your video consultation is quoted separately.
Dietary needs, allergies, and food preferences go on your intake form, and every meal is prepared around them.
Prices are determined by the property, the menu, and the services required for your itinerary.

Puerto Aventuras is a gated village on the Mayan Riviera, Mexico's Caribbean coast. Accommodation ranges from waterfront condos to beachfront villas, and I match it to your group's needs. Booking
How it works

Reach out on WhatsApp or through the retreat booking site with your preferred dates and a backup. I recommend booking at least 60 days ahead. The latest is 4 weeks before arrival.

I confirm availability within 2 business days. Then you pay your accommodation deposit on the website: a 50% non-refundable deposit holds your dates and your accommodation.

We build your add ons and treatments together. I send your intake form and start a WhatsApp chat, and after Dr. Felix reviews your intake I build your full itinerary and concierge you through planning every step of the way.

Dr. Felix sends your bloodwork request. Once we receive your results, we book your comprehensive video consultation with him, held 7 days before you arrive. Your results help him prepare your peptide protocol and supplementation, review other health considerations, and suggest adjustments, so your time together goes to your plan. If your plan includes anything prescribed, I arrange delivery before you arrive.

The balance is due 4 weeks before you arrive, and I stay in the WhatsApp chat with you until you land.
Policies
Payment, changes, and safety
Deposit
50% of your estimated total at booking. It is non-refundable, and it holds your dates.
Balance
Due 4 weeks before arrival.
If you cancel
Organizing a getaway takes details and deposits paid in advance, so deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit you paid transfers to a future experience. Within 30 days of arrival, there are no refunds.
Changing dates
One free date change with at least 30 days of notice, subject to availability.
If I cancel
You receive a full refund or a new date of your choice.
Treatment changes
If a treatment is not suitable after Dr. Felix's review, I offer a replacement. There is no fee, and any price difference is adjusted in your balance.
Health and age
Guests are 18 or older. Each guest completes a medical intake and signs a consent form for each treatment before arriving. Results vary from person to person.
Last minute bookings
Because of scheduling and logistics, the latest a getaway can be booked is 4 weeks before arrival, and it depends on accommodation availability. Bookings inside 60 days pay for accommodation in full at booking. The video consultation and bloodwork are still required before arrival, and treatments are confirmed after Dr. Felix reviews your intake.
Prices
Quoted in US dollars. Treatment prices set in Mexican pesos are converted at the rate stated in your quote.

Before you ask
Do I have to come on a weekend?
No. Choose any dates you like. I recommend at least 60 days ahead. The latest a getaway can be booked is 4 weeks before arrival, depending on accommodation availability, and bookings inside 60 days pay for accommodation in full at booking.
Who is this getaway for?
Girls trips, bridal showers, hen weekends, and any group that wants to celebrate and take care of themselves. Solo guests are welcome too. You do not need to be a client of mine.
Can everyone in the group choose different treatments?
Yes. Each guest completes their own intake and has their own plan, so one guest can book a facial while another books HIFU.
Do we have to choose treatments now?
No. Pick on your request or ask me to suggest a plan. Dr. Felix confirms everything after your intake.
What are the IV options?
Dr. Felix reviews each guest's history and confirms which IV options suit them. The full IV menu comes with your intake form.
Do I need bloodwork, and can I get peptides?
Yes. Dr. Felix sends your bloodwork request, and every getaway includes a comprehensive video consultation with him 7 days before you arrive. He reviews your results ahead of it, and we can arrange delivery of any prescribed items so they are ready when you get here. Peptide protocols are available on request from Dr. Felix, who has worked with peptides for 9 years, and are quoted separately.
What if a treatment is not suitable for me?
Dr. Felix tells me after reviewing your intake, and I offer a replacement from the menu.
Why 60 days?
The medical review, your plan, and your accommodation take time to arrange well. Inside 60 days I can often still help, up to 4 weeks before arrival and depending on accommodation availability. Accommodation is paid in full at booking.
